All in all, it was welcome base for travelling to London. The hotel was located very close to the Tube station and the underground.
-
I enjoyed the place due to staff and location.
-
Satisfied with breakfast's price - gbp 12 per person.
-
No complaints, would recomand it to all. The best thing is location - just next door to Gloucester Road tube station, South Kensington and museums.
-
Satisfied with the hotel, its a decent base for staying in London. Thank you, you are amazing!
-
Big rooms, comfortable bed, super well located and excellent staff. I would certainly repeat.
It's a little old-fashioned. The shower barely had any pressure, the finishes are old. He should get a face-lift.
-
good service, hotel that needs a reform but still has charm. it is a mixture between classic with a certain luxury point but that with the years has gone to less. everything and that quite happy.
the varied breakfast, but nothing fancy

The comfortable fa ma
Nothing special.

Windows did not open. Air conditioning was not working properly, it was too warm to sleep in the room
-
The carpets in the room and hallway.

Room was big, so you could put up two suitcases without any problems. Beds were super comfortable! Staff was friendly and courteous! Absolutely great!
Rooms are very old. Carpet has indefinable stains. It's disgusting. Bathroom was okay but in need of renovation. A bedclothes was dirty on arrival and the whole room smelled of nicotine.

The location's good.
We first got a room where there were still other guests.
-
The beautiful, spacious room and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and has all the necessary hygiene products. I found the breakfast very rich and quite varied, the dining room very comfortable and elegant.
We had to wait half an hour to check in and they gave us a room with two double beds when the reservation was for a triple room with 3 single beds, although it was not a major problem and they were very nice about inviting us to drink something at the bar during the wait.
