Convenient Stay with Great Access

Our stay was marked by ease of access to public transport and nearby attractions. The rooms are tidy, and the concierge staff provided exceptional support when I misplaced my credit card. Make sure to enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide array of choices.

Room cleanliness could improve!!! Fix the nonfunctional air conditioning too!!! The outdated furnishings are in dire need of updates, giving a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect a modern hotel vibe!!!

Superb location right by a tube station, easy access to all the hot spots. The room was spacious with a great view, making it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore the area without hassle.

I had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Double Room and the yummy breakfast spread. The relaxation areas were perfect for unwinding after a busy day, though the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention. Overall, I highly recommend it, just don’t forget to check out the gym! 😊

the room was lovely n spacious, had a separate desk area for workin if needed, it was clean and the bathroom was nice with a fab shower. the bed was comfy too, slept well.

but the hallway was kinda noisy and the lift was outta service which was a hassle.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the quick access to the tube station, which made exploring London effortless. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and had a nice decor that met my expectations. Plus, the staff were attentive and responsive, ensuring a pleasant experience during my visit. the air conditioning could definitely use some better maintenance as it didn't work well during my stay.

we had an amazing stay at millennium! the decor is stunning, and the staff treated our family like royalty. they surprised our son with birthday balloons and cake in the room, which made his day extra special. the hotel is just a 3-minute walk to the natural history museum, perfect for little explorers!

Excellent Location with Friendly Staff

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Gloucester Road tube station, making it easy to navigate London. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially during check-in, ensuring that my arrangements were smooth. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, with freshly baked pastries and a selection of organic juices. the room I stayed in could use some updates as it felt a bit worn out.

Lovely stay with amazing staff!

We stayed for 2 nights and felt so welcomed by the staff. They were super friendly, always holding doors open, and our room got upgraded, which was a nice surprise! The bar was chill and had some cool drink options. Just wish the AC could've worked a little better because it was kinda stuffy at times.
